Privacy Policy

1. Who is responsible for your data

The data controller is Limited Liability Company “Prizmar Ukraine” (ТОВ “Прізмар Україна”), registration code 46346544, registered office: 14, building 5, apt. 163, Mostytska Street, Kyiv, 04074, Ukraine.

2. What data we process

  • Contact form. If you use the contact form, we receive your name, email, message and the type of request, together with your browser type and country. Name and email are required to reply to you; the message is optional.
  • Direct contact. If you email, call or message us, we process what you send in order to reply.
  • Spam protection. When you reach the contact form, Cloudflare Turnstile checks for automated abuse. To limit repeated submissions, we store a keyed hash of your IP address, not the address itself.
  • Technical logs. Our hosting provider records standard technical data (IP address, time of request, browser type) for security and reliability.

We use no analytics, no advertising and no tracking tools, and we set no cookies of our own. Turnstile may briefly store a technical security value or cookie in your browser; it is strictly necessary for spam protection. If you switch keyboard shortcuts off, your browser remembers that choice locally; it is never sent to us.

We make no automated decisions and do no profiling.

Links to WhatsApp, Telegram and LinkedIn lead to services with their own privacy policies.

3. Why we process it

  • Replying to your enquiry (our legitimate interest, Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR).
  • Keeping the website secure and protecting it against spam and abuse (our legitimate interest, Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR).

We do not sell your data and do not use it for marketing.

4. Who receives it

Only the members of our team who handle your request, and the providers needed to run this website:

  • Cloudflare — hosting, security and spam protection
  • Resend — sending the notification email
  • Supabase — secure storage of form messages
  • Zoho Mail — our email inbox

5. International transfers

Our company is based in Ukraine and our providers operate internationally. Your data may therefore be processed in Ukraine, the European Economic Area, the United States and other countries. We rely on the standard contractual safeguards of our providers and collect only the data described above. Form messages are stored in the European Union. You may ask us for details of these safeguards.

6. How long we keep it

Form messages: 3 years after our last contact with you. Technical logs: according to our hosting provider’s standard retention.

7. Your rights

Under the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR) and applicable Ukrainian law, you may ask us to access, correct, delete or export your data, or to restrict or object to its processing, by writing to contact@prizmargroup.com. We reply within one month. You may also complain to the data protection authority of your country or to the Ukrainian Parliament Commissioner for Human Rights.
